This 3D printer filament extruder machine is suitable for making  PLA ABS PETG TPU Etc filament, including rainbow filament,transparent pla,clear pla,carbon fiber pla filament,silk filament and other 3D material with the feature of Stable tolerance and neat winding .

Our this filament extruder is with fast speed, and economic for mass production.

We JORBIN MACHINERY developed the filament extruder can melt and extrusion the raw materials stably without color difference, hollow materials, bubbles in finished filament and other problems, and our machine's capacity max can reach 200-250m / min, now we are developing higher speeds to reaching 400 m/min.


Machine description:

1. Plasitc: PLA,ABS,PETG,PVDF,PCL,PA,PC,TPE,TPU,WPC, HIPS.etc

2. Extrusion System: The single-screw extruder (twin-screw extruders are optional to accommodate special modified raw materials). The screw LD is typically 28:1-30:1, paired with a multi-stage temperature-controlled barrel (generally 3-5 zones) to ensure uniform plasticization and stable extrusion of the raw material. Servo motors to save energy.

3. Mold die:  The diameter of mold die can be designed with different diameter.

4. Cooling  and  shaping System: three-stage water-cooling tank to gradual cooling the filament by hot water, warm water and cold water. A rapid cooling and shaping to ensure the roundness and dimensional stability of the filament, preventing surface defects.

5. Traction System: A high-precision traction device driven by a servo motor, with adjustable speed (commonly 100-250m/min), is linked in a closed loop with the extrusion speed to ensure uniform wire diameter.

6.Rewinding System: Fully automatic rewinding machine, supports fixed-length/fixed-weight rewinding, with neat winding lines, adaptable to different roll specifications, and optional non-stop roll changing.

Load the raw material into the hopper by vacuum, and meanwhile the dryer will dry the material.The dryer hopper is 75kg. It offers high output, high precision, and stable production.

The diameter of filament can be designed, sush as 1.75mm,2.0mm,2.85mm,3.0mm.Our molds ensure stable material output and controllable diameters,without clogging. Material is stainless steel 316, with heater.

JORBIN MACHINERY use three-stage water cooling trough and air cooling is employed to rapidly cool and set the material, ensuring circularity and dimensional stability while preventing surface defects. The first is hot and warm cooling tank. All water is recirculated; the system features constant temperature control and automatic drainage.

 Long cooling water tank can cool the filament much better. The stainless steel water drainage channel connects to the cold water tank, ensuring no water leaks onto the floor during high-speed operation, and the circulating water loop includes an air-cooled heat exchanger.

Storage rack

Our filament storage rack can store the filament up to 200m.It can avoid the pollution of filament caused by the falling of consumables to the ground due to too fast production speed during the replacement of filament. The total lengh is 9000mm. There are 17 fixed pulleys and 18 movable pulleys on it.

The tractor can adjust the speed to control the diameter of filament. At the same time, the traction device can better ensure the roundness of the finished consumables, and the caliper can dynamically measure the wire diameter of the filaments by laser scanning with an accuracy of ± 0.02mm.

Knitting winder

Before winding, there is a autometer device to calculate the length of the wire, so that each spoon can be with the same length of the wire. The filaments are neat winded,this can avoid the problems of wire jamming and winding in the 3D printing process.
